The Following Terms and Conditions apply to all successful sale completions arising from introductions, between Buyer(s) and Seller(s), for the sale of land and/or buildings via the LandForSaleGroup.co.uk Web-site, or via its personnel.

The Buyer(s) – are those persons, or companies, buying land and/or buildings via the LandForSaleGroup.co.uk Web-site, or via its personnel.

The Seller(s) - are those persons, or companies, selling land and/or buildings via the LandForSaleGroup.co.uk Web-site, or via its personnel.

Registrants to the web-site www.LandForSaleGroup.co.uk agree that they will not directly or indirectly circumvent the rights of LandForSaleGroup.co.uk to receive its said commission.

This web-site is owned and controlled by www.LandForSaleGroup.co.uk (referred to as "us", "our" or "we").

The 2% should be forwarded onto LandForSaleGroup.co.uk at Suite 6-1, 792 Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester M20 6UG, within 28 days of receipt of invoice.

Where we are not acting directly on behalf of a Seller the following charges will apply:

On completion of any sales resulting from viewings of data disclosed via www.LandForSaleGroup.co.uk web-site, or via its personnel, the Buyer(s) will agree to pay 2% of the purchase price. The 2% should be forwarded onto LandForSaleGroup.co.uk at Suite 6-1, 792 Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester M20 6UG, within 28 days of receipt of invoice.

The Seller, which has advertised its land/buildings for sale on www.LandForSaleGroup.co.uk, may require the Buyer(s) to pay additional charges for any successful transaction arising directly or indirectly from introductions made via the LandForSaleGroup.co.uk web-site, or via its personnel. The Buyer(s) will be informed of these charges.
